"It’s not the materiality of paper that interests Seripop (even in the durational work, paper maintains its general grid of layers), but rather its responsibility in upholding larger systems, which often gain their impact and cohesion in the duo’s generous use of glossy, flashy pop color. Yet in their response to sites and systems, Seripop continue to reveal just how fragile they might be."
